When you buy online as a consumer, you generally have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive the order.
Return it carefully
After registering the return, you will receive instructions and the correct return address. Pack the products securely and completely.
Keep your proof
Keep the shipping receipt until the return has been processed. This avoids uncertainty if the parcel is delayed.

Return costs
You normally pay the direct return costs, unless stated otherwise beforehand or BaitFever supplied an incorrect or damaged product.
Handling the product
During the cooling-off period, you may only inspect the product as you could in a shop. Any loss in value caused by further use may be charged.
Exceptions
If a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies to a specific product, this is stated clearly before purchase. We do not apply exceptions without a valid legal basis.
Refund
After a valid full withdrawal, we refund the purchase price and original standard shipping costs within the statutory period. We may wait until the product is returned or you provide proof of shipment.
